Blair has a great knowledge and appreciation of the ‘finer things in life’
coupled with a spirit of adventure. This is a winning and vital combination that’s made her realize the true value of self-expression – which is key to the Blair French philosophy.

Her curiosity and passion for getting things ‘just right’ led her to creating In Good Taste in 2002, a lifestyle company with ultra-flair evoking her own way of living, where Blair gets to revel in her passion for cooking and entertaining. Ultimately, devotees of Blair made the seamless transition with her as she introduced her interior design services.

“I have a natural affinity toward anything having do with the home, specifically as it relates to lifestyle,” says Blair. “After all is said and done, I view life through the ‘design’ looking glass, always looking to design a life that functions well and reflects the person behind it.”

A native of North Carolina, Blair was educated at Agnes Scott College in Atlanta, Georgia, and East Carolina University in her hometown of Greenville.

Her varied educational background -- dance, catering, and physical therapy – has everything to do with her unconventional approach to her own lifestyle and what she has to offer others. Blair’s other interests include Salsa (the dance, not the sauce!), travel, and caring for her two dogs, Sunny and Memphis. Sunny is her yellow lab that would use a knife and fork at each meal if he could. Memphis is her hound dog that, well, we’d rather not say because his manners aren’t the best.

If asked what would surprise most people to learn about her – she’s eaten grasshoppers! No kidding.
